"For The Well Traveled.. If you had to choose to move to either North Carolina, South Dakota or Utah which ?

Which state would you choose... cost of living.. things to do.. etc.. climate ..why? I am trying to decide between the three and its most difficult. I live in Wisconsin.. originally from the east coast. I do like that Wisconsin has beauty.. land preservation .. roads are not congested at all here. Winters are terrible and hazardous to drive in. I love... the shops.. we have antique shops like crazy... tons and tons of restraunts .. farmers markets galore.. lowish taxes.. mild winters with nearly any misquitos. Lots of wild life. We have gourmet and specialty stores.. you name it. A big resort area that has water rides .. hotels .. boats .. rentals ... all kinds of things to do.. if this helps.
