How do you do this cool thing on your cellphone?

Alright, well me and my friend decided to prank call someone and while it was ringing it did this "Please while you are connected to your party" and then it started to play boom boom pow so I was wondering how to do something like that on my phone.... FYI I don't have internet on my actual phone but so doesn't the person that I prank called... Help will be greatly appreciated!
