Does this sound lke 'typical' pregnancy?

hi, just a quick question, i've been feeling a little more tired than normal lately & exactly 1 week after ovulation was due i wiped down there twice to have a very small amount of blood in discharge...does this sound like pregnancy ive never had blood mid cycle? thanks n advance.
