Beethoven music... copyright?!?

I have two videos on YouTube where I use works of Beethoven... but how come they're claimed by both Warner Bros. and 'The Music Publishing Rights Collecting Society'. WHAT? As far as I know, Beethoven's work is public domain. Isn't it?
