How many months can arrested Dream Act students last who say they will not eat any food until bill is ped?

So...let me get this straight, you want these kids who have been here ALL their lives to go back to a country some of them don't even know???.... apply for citizenship that has a waiting list of 20 YEARS!! come come back 20 years later and spend another oh lets say 5 to 6 years getting a degree, then waiting to see IF and WHEN they find a JOB. Maybe being "Legal Leeches" this time. Sure.... if you all have the patients and the time to wait that out I would like to see that, or maybe while waiting over in good ol' Mexico they'll get tired of making squat and go into the good old job of drug trafficking to make a living because lord knows that the good ol American values of "earning that $$$" and "living the good life" were instilled in them growing up here. SO.... all the hateful Americans can hate them all over again. Now IMO instead of spending taxpayer money on a stupid broader fence we could have invested that money on hiring and adding on to an already understaffed and overworked workforce processing citizen apps. I know some of these people personally and to be honest they are better citizens than you for they do not judge you! AND yes for those who are thinking it I AM Mexican American and can trace my family history in the US back to the 1500s!!!!!
