Does he like me as friends or more than friends?

There is this guy at school but he has a girlfriend and we are like really good friends. Well not too long ago he said he had a "dream" about me and him if you know what i mean. Well than he brought up the past like how much I liked him and how much he liked me and how he used to come over to my house. Than he said that I was the only cute girl at are school that doesn't dress like a slut so idk if that's a compliment or not. Anyways he has been texting me and we always talk and he smiles at me and flirts at least that is what people tell me. One of my friends and my mom say that he likes me but not sure. The friend that says he likes me actually used to be best friends with his girlfriend but not anymore. His girlfriend doesn't like me because she fells threatened by me I guess that is what I am told anyway. So if someone out there could help me that would be great.
