Why cannot whites have affirmative action in football for the slower caucasions to play running back?

blacks have affirmative action and whites are ped over for lesser qualified blacks to enter law school, college, and jobs so why cannot whites claim discrimination in basketball and football. Professional football is 72% black so why cannot whites get a piece of the pie?
