Can I get into a good college?

I don't know what Cal State I want to go into yet. I am currently residing in California. I want to go into the electrically fields or engineering fields since I am good with computers. I am a junior in high school with a 3.0 GPA average. I never gotten any honors or AP cles. Had 3 foreign languages cles. Never did an hour of community service. And got 1400 on my PSAT I took this summer. Am I pretty much screwed?
