NEVADA Eviction, need real help ASAP!!!?

Your landlord has no right to evict you because he is too cheap to turn the heat up. You have broken no rules and are paying your rent..He is trying to strong arm you and you need to turn the table around....Call your city hall and ask for the building or health department----most cities have ordinances in regard to the amount of heat required..If you feel this is violated-have the official over--and ask the other tenants to complain too...Pay your rent and follow the rules---and if he tries to evict you -involve the official if he finds problems.
