Is that true baptist churches believe they are the true church or churches of Jesus Christ?

even the baptist churches are different e.g some baptists are conservative, others are independent churches? some answers claim the baptist churches have been before the catholicism and they didn't come from the Reform? how can be true? if I don't find any information about baptists or Anabaptist's as movement before the catholicism or lutheranism
