With Farve on a bye...?

Need to start one of the following QBs - Kyle Orton @ Detroit, Kerry Collins @ Baltimore, Carson Palmer (will he be healthy?) @ Dallas. I'm leaning towards Orton since Detroit should give up a healthy amount of ping yards...any suggestions?
