What am i sick with?!?!?

The last couple of days I've had a really annoying dry, hacking cough and an itchy throat. Over the last day I've gotten really congested and my coughs are really chesty and they bring up mucus. My nose is runny/stuffed and I have a lot of mucus. I have post nasal drip, a headache, and a small temperature ( my body temperature is usually in mid 97 and when I woke up it was 100.5 but went down to 98.9). My body aches and my voice is hoarse too. What do you think this is? Are there any good medicines/remedies to help?
