The Terminator's accent?

The same thing occurred to me, but can you think of any actor who would have been a better terminator? I'm willing to grant James Cameron some artistic license on that. Maybe the terminator was built in Austria. Besides, he never made any effort to be inconspicuous. When a killing machine is rampaging around L.A. carrying enough weapons to arm a small third-world nation and shooting everyone who might be his intended victim, his accent isn't the first thing that would call attention to him.
