Question about the trinity doctrine origin by the Roman Catholic Church?

When the Roman Catholic Church The trinity doctrine was developed over time for political reasons of the Roman Empire to amalgamate other pagan triune gods religions within the empire to Roman Catholicism rather than having any orginal biblical scriptures then why is this fact not correct and the trinity doctrine be scrapped as non-biblical?
