Helblad CX or CXi?

I want to buy a Helblad film camera but cant decide between CX or CXi. Ive also heard that CW is a good body but I cant find anyone selling it at my price range- so i'll have to choose either CX or CXi. Does anyone know what makes them different, which one is better and what a reasonable price is for just a body?
