Baby dolls with stars on face that you kiss that go away?

These little dolls had their hard bald heads and stars on their faces that you kissed and the warmth made the star go away and then reappear. I remember one of my dolls ended up being a twin and I got the twin in the mail for free. They were boys and girl dolls. What could these have been?
